OutRay

OutRay is an open-source ngrok alternative from Nigerian builder Akinkunmi. Developers expose localhost with one command, get a public HTTPS URL, inspect live request traffic, and optionally bring a custom domain with automatic TLS. It also supports TCP and UDP tunnels, local .local network domains, and plugins for Vite, Next.js, Express, and NestJS so tunnels can live inside the build tool instead of a separate terminal habit. The core is free and self-hostable, with paid plans for more tunnels, bandwidth, and team seats.
