InVyt (invyt.ng) is a digital guest management platform that takes event organizers and celebrants from the first invitation to the final goodbye. It brings sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, issuing digital access cards, and verifying guests at the gate into one experience. InVyt runs as a managed service: the InVyt team does the heavy lifting on the organizer’s behalf, while the organizer follows every step live from their own dashboard. It suits weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, concerts, corporate events, galas, and private dinners, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations.

InVyt was built to solve a familiar problem. Planning an event should be exciting, but organizers often end up buried in guest lists, unanswered RSVPs, follow-up messages that never get seen, and confusion at the entrance on the day. InVyt replaces that with a simple process where every stage flows into the next: personal digital invitations, real-time response tracking, and a sleek QR access card for each confirmed guest that is scanned in seconds at the gate.

Getting started begins with a request for access on the InVyt website. The organizer shares an RSVP link or uploads a guest list, and the InVyt team sends invitations to every guest over WhatsApp or email, with SMS available as an option. Each invitation includes a personalised RSVP link and all the event details. As guests respond, the organizer’s live dashboard shows who has confirmed, who has declined, and who is still pending. Up to three collaborators, such as planners, co-hosts, or family members, can be added to view guest access and check-ins on event day.

Every confirmed guest automatically receives a personalised Digital Access Card with a unique QR code, designed to match the event’s style. As the event approaches, InVyt sends confirmed guests venue reminders with a Google Maps link so nobody arrives lost or late. Optional add-ons include reminder messages to reduce no-shows and table number assignments that make seating and ushering smoother. On the day, guests present their QR access card at the entrance, and InVyt staff or the organizer’s own team scan it through the platform to verify the guest and grant entry. Authentication wristbands are available for secure on-site identification, with a fabric wristband upgrade for a more premium feel.

InVyt’s RSVP pages are designed to fit each event’s theme, colours, and style. Organizers can pick from a library of ready-made designs or commission a fully custom RSVP page built around their event. After the celebration, InVyt can deliver a personalised thank-you page to every guest who attended, carrying a written note, a voice message, or a video from the hosts, sent at a time the organizer chooses.
