POSPilot is a financial operations platform built for Nigerian POS agents and POS businesses. It brings transactions, customer charges, provider fees, expenses, float, reconciliation, staff activity and daily closing into one place so operators can understand how their business is actually performing.

Pitch

POSPilot is a financial operations platform built specifically for Nigerian POS agents and POS businesses. Agents can process large amounts of money every day while still struggling to answer a simple question: “What did I actually make today?” POSPilot brings transactions, customer charges, provider fees, expenses, float, reversals, reconciliation, staff activity and daily closing into one place. It separates transaction volume from estimated earnings, clearly marks incomplete financial data as provisional, and helps operators spot discrepancies before they become bigger problems. POSPilot also supports team roles and shifts for shops with attendants, alongside provider-statement discovery and processing to reduce repetitive manual entry. We built POSPilot using Laravel and React, with SendByte for communications, Sabilytics for product analytics, and Cencori for AI-assisted business insights.
