PayPulse is an invoicing and payment follow-up tool for small businesses in Nigeria. A trader creates an invoice in naira, PayPulse tracks it against its due date, flags it when it goes overdue, and sends the customer a reminder by SMS or WhatsApp.

Pitch

PayPulse helps small businesses in Nigeria get paid on time. Traders and suppliers sell on credit and then chase late payments by phone, with invoices scattered across notebooks and chat threads. With PayPulse, an owner creates an invoice in naira, and the amount is kept as whole kobo so totals never drift. The app tracks each invoice against its due date and flags it when it goes overdue. From the invoice, the owner sends the customer a reminder by SMS or WhatsApp, and the carrier receipt is stored against it. Plain code decides what is overdue; no model makes that call. It is for traders, wholesalers and suppliers who sell on credit and want one clear list of who owes what. The demo runs offline on sample data
