Klasscred

About

A platform connecting verified teachers and educational professionals to job opportunities. Instead of relying on resumes alone, teachers are tested on the skills they claim to have through a proctored exam and an AI-generated teaching scenario they record themselves teaching, this is then reviewed by both AI and vetted human educators. Employers get access to verified, rated profiles instead of unverifiable claims, helping them hire with confidence and giving children better-qualified teachers.

Pitch

Klasscred is a trust-first hiring platform for teachers in Nigeria. Instead of relying on resumes that can be forged or exaggerated, teachers prove their skills through a proctored subject exam and a recorded teaching demonstration based on an AI-generated scenario — reviewed by both AI and vetted human educators. Combined with ID verification and employer references, this produces a transparent, breakdown-visible rating that schools and tutoring centers can actually trust. With nearly 493,000 unqualified teachers already in Nigerian classrooms and a documented pattern of certificate fraud, schools currently hire blind. Klasscred gives them real evidence before they ever meet a candidate. Verified employers browse rated profiles, see reviewer notes, and request interviews directly — turning hiring from a guessing game into a confident decision. Built for teachers, tutoring centers, and schools who care about getting the right person in front of children
