AI helps generate product descriptions and simplify the setup process, while customers get a familiar shopping experience instead of having to navigate endless WhatsApp conversations. We are building Carticom for the realities of African commerce: social-first selling, mobile customers, local payments, and small teams. The goal is simple: turn a WhatsApp-based business into an operational digital storefront without requiring the owner to become a technical expert.
