Tezera is built for employers and small to growing teams that want to replace scattered CVs, form responses, spreadsheets, and email threads with one hiring workflow. Hiring managers can describe a role out loud and have Tezera draft the job description, then publish a hosted job page with promotion across job boards. Every applicant is screened with AI CV reading, criteria scoring, and summaries, and teams can design pipeline stages that automatically advance candidates who pass.

The platform includes take-home assessments with web proctoring, tab-switch and copy-paste detection, and camera monitoring on higher plans, plus video response stages with AI transcripts and scoring. For interviews, Tezera offers booking links, calendar sync, and support for Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams, where it transcribes and scores calls against the employer's criteria while the interview stays human-led. Teams can collaborate on scorecards, email candidates from inside the app, ask questions about candidates in plain language, and keep a searchable talent pool for future roles. Plans are monthly subscriptions priced in naira.
