Koe TTS Studio

Koe targets developers and AI agent users who want voice generation without API billing. It runs as a remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP) that any MCP client can connect to with a free signed key created in the browser, and it exposes six tools: studio_status, list_voices, generate_voiceover, get_voiceover_status, list_recent_voiceovers, and get_usage.

Free limits are enforced per key (60 requests and 2,000 words per hour, 20,000 words per day) with lower anonymous limits and a 6,000-word cap per job. It uses Microsoft's free consumer endpoint via the open-source edge-tts client, which can be throttled and has no SLA, and the whole project is open source and self-hostable with custom limits; an optional offline Piper engine is also available.
