Academium

Academium is an education technology ecosystem developed by Codeindigitech Limited for schools, teachers, students, parents, tutorial centres and education technology developers. Its flagship product, Academium SMS, centralises student admissions, records, attendance, school fees, accounting, examinations, grading, report cards, payroll, staff management and everyday school operations. Schools can deploy the software on local Windows or Linux servers, use supported cloud-hosted configurations or combine both approaches. Offline-first functionality enables school operations to continue during internet outages, with synchronisation available when connectivity returns. Academium SMS offers a limited free mode and paid subscription plans designed for institutions of different sizes.

Academium Surepass provides computer-based testing, classroom assessments, mock examinations and preparation for WAEC, NECO and JAMB examinations. It includes a question bank, exam scheduling, invigilation, anti-cheating controls, performance analytics, typing practice and student progress tracking. School examinations can run over local networks without requiring internet connectivity. Academium Plus complements the software through computer laboratory deployment, networking, server installation, CCTV, backup power, equipment procurement and technical support. The Academium Question Bank API provides structured examination content through a REST API for developers building educational applications. Together, these offerings help educational institutions manage daily operations, conduct digital assessments, support independent learning and maintain the infrastructure needed for technology-enabled education.
